Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy applies to subscriptions that doctors, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres (“providers”) buy on Nirogo, which is operated by Nirogo Healthtech. It forms part of the Terms for Clinics.
Patients never pay Nirogo. Using the chat, the directory, Connect and online booking is free. Any consultation, test or treatment fee is paid to the provider directly, and its cancellation or refund is between the patient and that provider.
Free trial
- New providers get a free trial after approval. No payment is taken for it.
- The trial ends on its own; there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged automatically when it ends.
Cancelling a subscription
- Plans are monthly and paid in advance. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.
- To cancel, the account owner or an admin opens Billing in the provider portal and turns off auto-renew. No further payments are taken after that. If you never turned auto-renew on, your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. After that your listing is hidden from patients, and new enquiries and bookings stop until you renew.
- Moving to a cheaper plan or fewer doctors takes effect from your next period, so it never cuts short a period you have paid for.
- We may suspend an account for misuse, false details or patient complaints, as set out in the Terms for Clinics.
Refunds
Because each period is prepaid and starts as soon as you pay, payments are not refunded for a period that has started, including unused days and add-on packs. We do refund in full when:
- you were charged twice for the same plan, period or add-on;
- you were charged for a renewal after you had turned off auto-renew;
- money left your account but your plan or add-on was not activated, and we cannot activate it;
- a refund is required by law.
Upgrades during a period (a bigger plan or more doctors) charge only the difference for the days left, so nothing is lost by upgrading early. If we stop offering a paid feature during your period, we will refund the part of the period it was not available, or extend your plan by the same number of days.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@nirogo.in from your registered email within 7 days of the payment, with the invoice number (shown in Billing and on the invoice email) and what went wrong.
- We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- A refunded payment includes the GST charged on it, and we issue a credit note against the original invoice.
