What providers ask us

How do patients find me?+

Through the Nirogo chat, which suggests verified providers that fit the patient's problem in their city, and through the doctor directory and your own profile page. The patient chooses whom to contact.

Do you send the same patient to several clinics?+

No. A patient's details go only to the provider they tap Connect on or book with. Nirogo never forwards a patient to a group of clinics.

Do patients pay anything?+

No. Nirogo is free for patients, with no login.

Does the AI diagnose patients?+

No. Nirogo AI Assist drafts notes and suggestions for the doctor. Every draft is reviewed, edited and signed by the doctor, who makes every clinical decision.
