Your full case is already deleted once it closes. What we keep is a short, encrypted backup record — your name, contact details, city and a one-line summary — for support. Enter the mobile number you used and we'll delete it. अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालें, हम आपका रिकॉर्ड हटा देंगे।

What happens next

• We call the number to make sure the request really comes from you. Nirogo never sends you SMS or WhatsApp messages.
• Once confirmed, every backup record for that number is deleted. This can't be undone.
• Clinics that already accepted your case received your details directly; ask them separately if you want their copy deleted.
