Editorial policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
Health information affects real decisions. This is how we make sure what we publish is accurate, clear and honest.
Who writes and reviews
- Articles are written by our health writers and medically reviewed by a registered doctor in the relevant field before publishing. Each article shows the author, the reviewer and the date it was last reviewed.
- Medical reviewers: [Doctor name, qualification, registration number — to be added]
Sources
We rely on peer-reviewed research, Indian and international clinical guidelines (for example ICMR, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, WHO) and recognised medical bodies. Sources are listed at the end of each article.
Plain language, Indian context
We write in simple language, in English and Indian languages, using examples and conditions common in India. We avoid fear-based or sensational wording.
No advertising influence
Clinics cannot pay to change our articles. Clinic plans affect only which clinics receive patient cases, never what we publish.
Updates and corrections
We review articles at least once a year, or sooner when guidance changes. Found a mistake? Write to support@nirogo.in and we will check and correct it. See also our medical disclaimer.
