Questions people ask

Is Nirogo free for patients?

Yes. Describing your problem, seeing matching doctors and contacting or booking them is completely free, with no login or app.

Who gets my details, and who contacts me?

Only the doctor, clinic, hospital or lab you choose. After the chat you see verified providers that fit your problem in your city; when you tap Connect (or book a slot) on one of them, your name, number and problem go to that provider alone, and they call or WhatsApp you. Nirogo itself never calls, texts or emails you.

Which languages can I use?

Hindi, Hinglish, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati and more. You can type or speak, and Nirogo replies in the same language.

Is my information safe?

Your details are encrypted and shared only with the provider you choose, after you agree. The chat itself never asks for your name or number. Contact details you send are kept encrypted for up to 3 months and you can ask us to delete them any time.

Can Nirogo help in an emergency?

No. For chest pain, breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, unconsciousness or any emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital now.

Does Nirogo diagnose or prescribe?

No. Nirogo asks a few questions to understand which kind of doctor you need and shows you verified providers. Diagnosis and treatment come from the doctor.
