What exactly is a “case”?+
A real patient in your city who described a problem in your specialty and agreed to be contacted. You see a summary first; one credit is used only when you accept and receive their contact details.
How many clinics get the same patient?+
At most 3. Offers go out in small waves and an unanswered offer expires after 6 hours, so the patient hears from a clinic quickly.
What if the phone number doesn't work?+
Tap “Report invalid contact” under the case on WhatsApp within 72 hours. After our team reviews it, your credit comes back.
Do patients pay anything?+
No. Nirogo is free for patients, with no login. Clinics pay for the cases they accept.
How does the free trial work?+
Register, and once our team approves your clinic (usually within one working day), you get 10 cases free for 30 days. No payment details needed.
Can I choose which cities I get cases from?+
